As a fully qualified and experienced psychotherapist, and a registered clinical member of PACFA – the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia, I work with psychological suffering of all kinds using psychodynamic and psychoanalytic approaches.
Psychotherapy is a healing process that aims to reduce psychological distress and emotional suffering. Through exploring ones past and current fears, traumas, desires, anxieties and complex relationships we can develop a different and more meaningful perspective of these experiences, and thus create a better way of being in the world for ourself and in relation to others. Together in a safe, confidential space and with time we can make a real difference.
I respectfully acknowledge and honour the Whadjuk Noongar people as the traditional owners and custodians of this land. It is a privilege to practice and live on ancient lands, on Boorloo, amongst the oldest continuous living cultures on earth. I pay my respects to the Elders, past, present and emerging.
